Anyone else feeling the full moon in Libra heavy? I havent slept for 3 nights and have been /extremely/ emotional... 🌕 doing a lot of cleansing today with the rest of my palo Santo (the last time I will be buying it! You can DM me for more info on why), this himilayan salt ball, and spirit quartz. × This is the second full moon in Libra in a row which is emphasizing all the work that's being done. Libra is a sign of balance and working to find that balance. × So much has been brought up for me recently. This also ties into the fact that mercury, the planet of communication, just went into aries - everything were saying is direct, concise, and sharp at this time. Its efficient but can also be painful if were not careful.🌹 × All this is topped off by Jupiter retrograding and being in a time of deep inner self reflection.🔮 × Needless to say, I've had a lot to write about and have also been quick with words that I should maybe be thinking more about. It's an emotionally charged time of figuring out the balance of what we *need* to say and then *how* to say it. × Anyway, I'm going to leave you all with the poem in the top right corner in the comments. Put some good time in today on my denim jacket. I found it in a closet of an apartment I lived in as a teenager and have been cultivating the theme of it for many years. × I believe that what we wear and why is it's own kind of magic. I wanted to infuse this jacket with luck, peace, and creativity. I wanted it to embody the most important parts of myself - truly wearing my heart on my sleeve. × Every element of this jacket has some kind of symbolism in it - the red is because a dear friend told me that if it is your sign in the current Chinese zodiac year that wearing red will bring you luck (and also misluck if you forget!)! I also love what a powerful colour it is and it always incites my passions. × There is a lot of gold throughout for financial luck, gain, and protection- including the gold humming bird that are seen as healers + bringers of good luck, joy, and love. × There is a magician patch made by @janwiches_ to honour my tarot reading side. × If you would like to know more about this jacket, its symbolism, and see the full details check out my website for a full article.

I must have worth fighting for & fighting with mixed up... × I realized I share a lot of myself and tell you a lot about what I do, but dont often actually share the work itself. × So here is something I wrote the other day, and also my commitment to put more of what I do into the world instead of just words about what I do. × #globalpoetcult

Using salt to cleanse away residual energy and to ground my tarot deck before using it. This helps me ensure that when I'm reading for you or myself I'm getting a genuine perspective without any lingering remnants. × This is going to get a little ranty/preachy, but I think it will also be an informational read - this is my official prelude. × I've been reading tarot for so long that there are times when I know what the cards are going to say. I know all the different ways they string together and the stories they tell and I use it more as a compass now than anything. Even with so much Symbolism and belief in the core of my life, it's easy to get caught up in other things. The work never stops. × I did quite an extensive reading a couple of nights ago - an initial one in which I pulled 6 cards, then another 3. The cards were saying where I was coming from in my situation and what the outcome of it was. (I'm not going to give you the entire layout or cards BUT if these details do interest you please comment and I will absolutely write about it. For this purpose I'm going to try and condense). × The storyline of my current life boiled down to this: I started doing a bunch of things and not very efficiently. It was awkward and gawky but it was with the intention of security for myself and to begin paving a positive path for my future. I'm driven emotionally and this can be a good thing but also can be a harmful thing - I was chasing myself with my desire to do all of these things and instead of being productive I was instead overwhelmed. But after finding myself out of reach of all that I thought I wanted to do, what I was clutching onto was what actually was helping me, feeding me, where I wanted to put my attention. Writing and tarot. × This continued on to say that my struggle emotionally with all of these things comes from how I frame them in my mind. If I can master my thoughts then I would find fulfillment and realize that emotional satisfaction doesnt always mean joy, it just means that the challenges in what I choose motivate me instead of depress me. If I can master how I think about my life and situation and change my core beliefs about myself... con't

🔮💫 × Fun Fact: this rainbow wasnt added in - it was captured raw in the shot. × The colours represented in the chakra system are the root chakra and the third eye chakra. × The Root Chakra represents career, money mindset, and sense of belonging. × The Third Eye Chakra represents intuition, sense of purpose, and direction in life. × I have a lot of thoughts about this, which I'm going to write about on my blog but to get to the gist: your energy is the strongest sign.
